Been coming to Basingstoke number of years visiting friends and always make a point of visiting Saffron Tandoori Restaurant in Brighton Hill with them on several days. The staff are welcoming and very polite and the food is always delicious. In fact all the dishes are great. Thank you Saffron. See you next time.Food: 5/5
The Saffron is easily the best Indian cuisine restaurant in Basingstoke. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The food is so tasty. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and it has a great atmosphere.Food: 5/5

Very poor quality. Second time I am ordered from there and it’s getting worse and worse… of lamb curry, which was containing maximum 2 small pieces of lamb!!!! That’s it!!! Mushroom rise with 3-4 pieces of tiny slices of it!!! Hey this not worth £20 as you charged me…. Terrible and tasteless !!! The vegetable curry I asked in advance is it from the frozen bags- they said no, but it’s truly it is from frozen!!! Avoid in any costs!!
Had a lovely meal there on Friday. The gentleman who serviced us recommended a lovely fruity chicken curry for myself. Great service and food
Rudest host I have ever come across, never ever had an experience in a restaurant as bad as I had there. The waiters passive aggressiveness was probably better than their bad, unreputable and overall bland food. Save your tips and money and get some better service and food down the Asda continental aisle; Don’t.Waste.Your.Money.Food: 1/5
2 hour wait for delivery. Phoned after an hour and fifteen minutes to be given mixed messages of why it was delayed, then told it was busy at the end of the call, expect they had missed the order but didn’t want to say. Told it would be another 15 mins, probably while they tried to get it cooked and then finally turned up 45 minutes later. A quick phone call after an hour to explain delay would have been appreciated. Shame as the food was good but no attempt to compensate, won’t be using again.
One of the best places to eat authentic indian food, the service is fantastic and the food is the greatest in the area, you can order a delivery if thats convenient for you. Overall one of the best food I have eaten in a while. TASTY!Food: 5/5
The last two times we have ordered from here it has taken over two hours to get our food. When we tried to call there is no answer. The food might be good but not worth the long wait.Food: 3/5
