In and out experience with very little interaction with anyone however, very clean and tidy. The food was warm too!
Staff were very poor. Our food took over 15 minutes to arrive at our table and was cold I could understand if it was busy but it was the complete opposite so I returned it and they left me standing there for another 5 minutes before I eventually went and got a manager who managed to sort things out within 2 minutes. Very grateful to the manager. Very lovely lady. Pity the rest of the staff weren't so good. Would have got one star if it wasn't for the manager.
Used to be a regular Sunday morning thing for us but since the refurbishment and bias towards ordering via the app, this branch simply cannot cope with demand and is routinely overwhelmed. The drive-thru queue stretches out on to the main road, there’s always a huge crowd inside waiting for pick up orders and orders delivered to a table take ages to arrive and are often wrong. The food is good but the infrastructure and loss of counter ordering has pushed this branch over the edge.
This is what a large coffee looks like here. I asked them to re pour this and it came out exactly the same. Smaller than a regular. 2 inches below the top of the cup.
5 min drive from there to home and fries were stone cold and the burgers and sides. Convenience food is all it was as this happens nearly every time we have gone there in the past and tend not to eat this often or from there but this was the coldest supposedly hot food we have been given!!!!Food: 1/5
Ordered 2 x cheeseburgers with extra pickles.. got home to find no pickles at all in either burger... Not the first time I've had an incorrect order here and this time I went there rather than use a delivery service to save getting cold food. I'll go to Birdhause or Five Guys in future, at least the order is always right.
burger was OK, chicken wrap very good according to my wife and chicken nuggets just fine according to my grandson. Busy and noisy as you would expect from maccies at lunchtime.Food: 4/5
Wow this mac d bad the service sooo slow ordered whilst waiting at least 8 people complaining to staff about service .food sat on side not given out. Where you order then stand to wait far to small with that service .DEFENANTLY Organising and managing needed i go in alot of mac ds including abroard and this one i would avoidFood: 3/5
Worst mcdonalds ever... 20 minute plus wait on every order, and regularly forget items. Much better off going to the one in Brighton Hill. Don't waste your timeFood: 3/5
Complete chaos. Had to wait 25 minutes for the food, condiments run out, items missing off the menu. OK, so we chose a busy time of day.... but sort it out McDonalds. Food had to be sent back as cold and stale when it finally showed! Also not alright to prioritize drive through and Deliveroo over patient customers who take the trouble to actually visit you!
