Accommodation was brilliant, and spotless. No complaints there.Breakfast at Spruce Goose was very disappointing! The restaurant was chaotic, very grubby and tables were sticky. The layout of cereal bar was very messy and dirty. The hot food section well.....no plates! Asked for eggs that took half hour to come, by then other items from breakfast menu were barely existant what was there was cold. We were table of 5, and met other people there who were equally unhappy. We complained to young lady on reception who arranged a refund of the breakfast cost. Which I am happy to say we have already received, thankyou. Spruce Goose needs to tidy up their act and change the layout to be more efficient. What staff were there were trying their best, but need more help. Overnight stay ruined because of breakfast disaster!

Rooms far too hot to sleep with only heating not cool air con. Breakfast next door was poorly manned and although half full, both hot and cold food plus crockery kept running out. A disappointment although the hotel is very clean and the pub/restaurant pleasant, the basics were missing.

Lovely hotel, room was a good size and nice and quiet. The shower was great, plenty of power and actually had a good range of temperatures (unlike other hotel showers!). Bed was comfortable. We prebooked the meal deal, which was definitely worth it. All in all, a great stay.

Typical Premier Inn although not that it's a bad thing. Clean modern rooms with friendly helpful staff and plenty of parking. Pleasant stress free stay, would recommend to others.
