Lovely afternoon tea and wonderful massage by Joanna, she was a true professional and extremely talented knfelt so relaxed afterwards. The spa facilities are really nice too. All staff really friendly.

I wasn't impressed! I just felt the staff were sleepy with the exception of an amazing guy in the restaurant with the blonde hair, glasses, and Christmas jumper whose service was so on point - absolute super star. We couldn't book a Christmas package, we had to book everything separately, which meant Christmas dinner wasn't confirmed until a few days before because we couldn't get hold of them and the hotel couldn't help. The spa booking was moved by 45 minutes, and no one informed us and I think the word spa here is misleading. The room wasn't worth upgrading to, still very small, and the overall customer service was just slopy! Sorry, guys. I spent alot for a 3 day trip and really wished we'd gone elsewhere. Note to self.
