Like somebody else mentioned I was also advised by my GP to look for a massage while they puts on the waiting list of ‘NHS Back Clinic’ (to be seen by a multi-disciplinary team). She hinted a few others have come back with positive outcome from a private practice called FMT off Worplesdon Road. I browsed the place but did not find a definite website so decided not to approach as I have had bad experiences with massages before. After 4 months the Osteopath also said the origin of my pain is more of a muscular nature and I should seek to get out of this chronic cycle by the help of a clinical massage which can help in finding the base, triggering knot. Before I even ask for a recommendation he was scribbling FULAYLEE on my file with a promise that he has no association with the business. He said since 2009 this local therapist has taken care of several of his patients. As they say, the rest is history. 
Not only I recovered but after 3/5 weeks of stretching (the way he prescribed) brought a surprisingly youthful energy and stability to my core. Now when I have joined Google to review a restaurant I thought I need to search for him and leave this review after moving out years ago from that lovely Guildford. 
Ibad, if you are reading this, thank you for a million-th time!

The most beneficial massage I have ever received, tailored to treat my individual needs. Very clean treatment room, very pleasant masseur who is in a professional class of his own. I also received advice on nutrition and exercises most suited to me.  A really pleasurable experience that has left me feeling much better.  Very highly recommended.

Dear Ibad, you are by far the best masseur I have ever experienced, you know what you are doing. And now it has been 8 weeks, and my arthritis-like pains are almost gone. I am prepared to spend the time it takes to get even better results. Thank you so much. F

After suffering weeks of agonisingly stiff and painful neck and shoulder aches I bucked up the courage to find a local masseur. I chose Ibad due to his excellent reviews for stress and sports therapy and I wasn't disappointed. He made time for me the day I called and over the next few weeks managed to remove the years of knots and tension from my upper back, shoulders and neck. Going to a strange mans house for the first time was daunting, but Ibad's friendly professional approach soon put me at ease - as his bio states he has a wide range of therapy knowledge and his suggested stretches and reading links are an added bonus. I highly recommend Ibad if you have an injury or need de-stressing.

I used to get really bad cervicogenic headaches, but since seeing Ibad for treatment they have been so much better- he is the only masseuse/therapist I trust to work on my neck/base of my skull area! He is so knowledgeable about the body and if he comes up against something he is less familiar with he does lots of reading and studying and seeks advice to make sure he can treat the problem effectively. My husband and I recommend him to everyone!
