It's within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it an ideal base for a stay.nnWe had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and delivered exceptional service. A special mention goes to Sasha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.nnThe rooms were immaculate, spacious, and luxurious, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.nnWe thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning.
An exceptional stay – exceeded all expectations!nnWonderful hotel in a perfect location to explore Guildford and the surrounding area. From check-in to check-out, everything met or surpassed my expectations... and that doesn't happen to me very often!nnThe hotel is an easy walk from Guildford station, impeccably clean, and features incredibly attentive and friendly staff. The room I stayed in felt newly renovated and had everything we needed, including great air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in 30°C+ weather.nnThere is also a fantastic restaurant and bar with a lovely outdoor area; the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. Sadly, I didn't have time to try the breakfast, but it smelled amazing.nnThe spa is a brilliant feature. For just £10 the weekend/bank holiday charge, I believe, you get an hour of access to the steam room, sauna, plunge pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor pool. It never felt crowded during either of my visits, as they manage the capacity really well to ensure everyone is comfortable.nnOverall, it offers exceptional value and I will absolutely be staying here again!
I recently stayed at Harbour Hotel Guildford and had a really lovely experience overall. I would give it a solid 4 out of 5.nnThe front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from check in to departure. The bar and restaurant team were equally attentive and made the atmosphere feel relaxed yet polished. Food was also pretty good. Highly recommend the lamb not shown here as I ate before the camera did lol and the ravioli. Service across the board felt warm and consistent.nnThe gym and spa facilities are a real highlight. Clean, well maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. And the bed… incredibly plush and comfortable. I truly did not want to get out of it in the morning.nnThere were a few minor hiccups with noise from parties and nearby activity, but nothing that overshadowed the stay. Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Guildford. It’s central and walkable to everything. I plan on returning in the future.
I did a spa day here and it was lovely - great service, facilities were also really good. The food at the restaurant was delicious too and good value I thought.nnOnly thing is the outdoor pool needed a bit of cleaning out as had some dead bugs in it, and there weren't many sun loungers although only a problem on a really hot day I'm sure.
We had a wonderful stay. All the staff was excellent and delivered exceptional service, especially David at the front desk who went out of his way to make our weekend special. The rooms were clean and luxurious as well. We will be coming back. Only disappointment was that both pools are adults only but we went to the local Guildford Lido instead. We loved the Harbour Hotel in Guildford!
