Been going here for years. The staff are brilliant, genuinely happy to be there and really friendly. Always worth giving them a call and talking through what you want. Fully recommend Carly for any intimate waxing and the lash and brow tint lasts for weeks.

Very dissapointing. I had a luxury pedicure treatment. But the treatment I recived was like I could done at home as well. No hard skin was removed properly. I was left there for 10 minutes with a bag on my foot, the nail polish was old enough to not to dry. The terapist said it takes about one hour to dry and I have to be carefull. But unfortunately I can't fly. The foot massage was 3 minutes. I can soak, cream and polish my foot at home as well, without paying €40.

Had a  birthday voucher from a lovely generous friend for a luxury pedicure. Booked this for before my holiday. Experience disappointing to say the least. Not a good prep of feet, seemed the therapist really could not be bothered. The luxury bit appears to be them sticking your feet in plastic bags and leaving you for half an hour. Was not offered drinks or magazines. Then left for nails to dry, no one came back to check, staff  ignoring me, moving displays around me and generally making me feel like I was in their way. At checkout was asked to pay 3.95 more than voucher as I had a “senior therapist” argued on principle that was not asked or told this at booking. Manger called and i was told next time, please check! Guess what? There won’t be a next time! Terrible service, indifferent arrogant staff, such a shame.

Had a gel pedicure done for holiday but within a week the left foot had faded badly and looked yellow. By the time we got back the other foot had also started to discolour. So I went back to the shop two weeks after having it done to show them. Was told the sun had obviously bleached them. They also stated new colour and that the pink was not very deep - to me it is quite a bright pink colour. I said not happy not cheap at £50 and also had both feet in the sun and that as it was only two weeks I was not happy. I have had gel pedicure before (not Champneys) and the colour has stayed the same until polish was taken off. They finally agreed to re do them - the nails were buffed and more polish applied - this has left the application very thick and a bit blobby especially on little toes.
Not happy and will it be returning for another pedicure. Gave two stars but only as they did finally re apply but at one stage didn't think they were even going to do that

Never answer their phone ........ I've left messages two days on a trot without reply. Very unprofessional
