Only went to the conference suite but it was fine. The toilets were clean and the tea/coffee facilities were ample. Presentation facilities were good and had no technical difficulties like you get with some places. Parking system is pretty good but finding a space took a little while. Nice and close to the A3 for easy access. Only spoke to one member of staff but she was very pleasant and helpful. Could maybe have had another staff member in the front desk as quite a queue had formed.

Has to be one of the best Holiday Inn's I have stayed in. The room was very spacious and bucked the trend in as much as there was a bath and a shower in our Executive room, so many rooms now are 'upgraded' and have had the bath removed :-(. The member of staff who checked us in was warm, welcoming and friendly, it felt like she was welcoming us into her home. The restaurant staff were attentive and the food was delicious. A relaxing stay, we will be returning in the near future of that I'm certain.

You know what to expect from a Holiday Inn and this is a good place to stay. Clean, staff very friendly, approachable and helpful, rooms and food didn't disappoint.  Bar drinks expensive but it is Surrey so no big surprise.

Great place just off the A3. Used as the hotel for a nearby conference. Staff are friendly and warm. Cooked breakfast in the morning is great but cold options are available. Even had pancakes for shrove Tuesday! Gym and pool are nice and always staffed but have restricted opening times.

Nice practical place typical for a weekend stay. The breakfast was nice however the beds were too hard and the rooms were not soundproof at all! There was stomping above us and disturbing noises next door. Overall nice hotel, good location.
