Another cracking Vintage Inn frequented whilst working away. There’s a great standard set across the chain and I’ve enjoyed my time in all so far whether I’ve been alone or with the family, here is no different. Well done guys! 👌🏻 PB

Went there for a wedding reception this time. They provided excellent food and had a great selection of quality drinks to suit all tastes. Have eaten there previously and know the menu choice is good and quality is good.

My family had a wonderful evening for my brothers 60th birthday. The food was amazing, my favourite was the Game Suet Pudding. Our waiter (Sorry to say, I've forgotten his name) was very courteous, friendly and helpful. However, he seemed to be rushed off his feet. We particularly like the Iced Water Carafe's on the table. Nice touch! I would Highly recommend the Rose & Crown.

Had to wait over an hour per course, was told food would be delayed as there was a party going on in the conservatory section, I think the worst bits was one meal of a resotto was congealed, obversiouly reheated, also asked for coffee, but had to wait 15 minutes before being told again how busy they were, surely it's quicker to produce 4 coffee's first then do the 60 party. It will be a long time before we go back. You should be really pleased the place was packed and a good manager should make sure all customers are served great food on time.

Nice surroundings, their own car park as well although it does fill up quite quickly. Good wine & beer selection. Fairly good menu and good service. You can sit at the bar or at a table and have waiter service. In the summer they have a nice garden area.
