The food is lovely, but do wish they use the foil containers, like the last owners rather than the plastic containers, as the food stays warmer in the foil containers. Food is good, but still perfer the old owners, but I have been using Heis since 2008.... Staff okay, they run more like a business than part of the community, which is a shame. Parking: Street parking near by or outside the take away. Not wheelchair accessie, but I'm sure if you phoned in advance they would bring it out to you.
0 BLODDY STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! went into heis tonight for a treat for me and the wife after a long week and purposly said NUMEROUS times that my wife is allergic to fish so coukd they box it all seperatly which they kindly agreed to. Asked them if they had prior to leaving and they confirmed. Get home to find my fish in the same box as her savaloy and chips which now means a whole meal in the poxy bin! Thanks for ruining a good night NEVER USING AGAIN!

My favorite dish is Crispy Shredded Beef ,and the fish & Chips is so delicious,it’s a place that you could buy fish & Chips and Chinese in 1 go
Fish and chips were awful, chips hard greasy and tasteless, fish dried up. Really was unpleasant, had to heat up when got home less than 5 minutes away. Very expensive for what it was too, could have ate in at a nearby pub for this price and got a better meal. Won't be going back.
THE best Chinese by miles. Portions are massive the food is delicious and non greasy . Price's so reasonable too, can't beat it!
