If carlsberg did country pub's The Red lion would be up there. Good food, good beer and great staff.
Well organized for social distance and regular cleaning of all the surfaces. Great beer choice and good menu, well cooked and presented. We were there for Sunday Lunch and it's gets busy very quickly, so book in advance if you can
Had the sirloin, and my partner had Hunters Chicken Schnitzel. Both delightful, and I washed it down with best pint of Doom Bar I've had in ages. Really nice
My son recommended your House Burger, so I ordered one. Well, it was fantastic and those triple cooked chips...yum. Great job and respect to the chef.
