10 out of 10. I've eaten mediocre food at plenty of pubs,but the railway stood out a mile. Food was fresh,tasty and cooked to perfection. As good as my Nans meals,from many many years ago !!
Last minute lunch booking, cosy bar/restaurant area with great service from the team. We had a lovely nachos sharing plate to start and then I had probably the best burger I've ever eaten Deffo will be back

An absolutely amazing day for a 40th celebration today. The staff, the food and the pub was exceptional. Nothing too much trouble. We were such a big party and they went above and beyond. Food, wine and beer all excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. Poppy dog was also allowed in the bar. The new management and extensive refurbishments have much improved the place.
