I love this quiet little gem caravan site, nothing is ever a problem here. The lovely family that own the site bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. I would highly recommend trying the food from the restaurant too, it’s beautiful. All this with the added bonus of weekend entertainment in the form of a singer or band. 10/10
This is a great place for caravans or motorhome users to stop. We went for the Sunday lunch and it did not disappoint. We have had a better and slightly cheaper meal at a nearby venue but to be fair I would still be happy to go here again. The service is good and friendly and there is plenty of parking spaces.
3 night stay in our motorhome. Pub/Restaurant great, staff so friendly. Henry is a real character, nothing was a bother. Will be back again Thanks Sue, Mick & Lexi our who cried at the Pub door to get in
Went for Sunday dinner today. Partner had chicken , I had the beef. Absolutely gorgeous. Nice portions. Beautifully cooked. Very tasty. Best Sunday dinner we have had when eating out, no kidding. Staff also very friendly. We managed to get in very early on. I would recommend booking. We will be back to try other dishes through the week as well
Lovely campsite. Shower etc facilities very good, hosts very welcoming. Level hardstanding pitches with ECU. Attached pub dog friendly, great food and drink. Handy for Drurridge Bay, Walkworth and Amble big Sunday market all well worth a visit. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly, almost compulsory to have one!
We didn't stay, but we have been for Sunday lunch, and it was fantastic. Good service, beautiful food, and lovely atmosphere in pub. Our son ate for free being under 11 would definitely go back again.Service: 5/5
Great place to eat and stay, food excellent we ate every day for the 5 days we were there in our van lovely owner and staff.
Spent the last three nights here with our caravan. Lovely well laid out caravan site. Nice large pitches. Toilet block good but could do with being updated. Well kept grounds. Everyone very friendly and welcoming. The on-site bar/restaurant are great. Food was delicious with plenty choice. Would go back and recommend.Rooms: 5/5
A group of 18, food fabulous all served together, staff great and patient with our elderly. Nothing was a problem. Personal service we will be back.
We stayed there last night it was a last ditch effort to find somewhere on a bank holiday Friday night and were pleased they squeezed us in. Staff and host were really nice and helpful. Facilities were good and food was fantastic. Dog-friendliness: It's dog friendly and plenty of flexibility in the pub for them but no dog walking area and they discourage dog fowling on site which is acceptable as kids play about on site. Short walk off site for a couple of bridle paths though.
