Really nice area at the back of the pub with a lot of fresh air. The tables were placed with distance in order to follow the covid measurements . The food and the beer was delicious. The burger came with chips and they were fulling. The price was 10 pounds because the pub follows the eat out scheme.
First time here, superb place. Friendly welcome for me and my 15 and 17 year old kids. Covid precautions top notch. Great choice of cask ale, the ones I tried were in great condition. Food was excellent two interesting chicken dishes and a burger between us, good sized portions and well made. Can really recommend, we'll be back!
Great place to visit for Sunday lunch. Food was great, serving size was excellent. Service was friendly, and the pub is also very dog friendly.
Excellent pub with really good Covid arrangements: no bar service, just grab a table, order via the easy-to-use app and drinks/food delivered quickly. Using the app means you're automatically checked-in as well. Fantastic range of beers, wines & spirits. Big car park has been adapted with lots of tables, each one sits up to 6.
Covid safe. Didn't try the app to order, stayed with the website. Excellent pint of harviestoun bitter and twisted. Good venue, good staff. Next visit will include food.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Great atmosphere to eat and drink, with a plethora of amazing drinks and food options! Defo go here for a cheeky one :
What a lovely lovely place. Food was unreal and staff and management omg what a friendly environment! And they sell a wide range of interesting vermouths! This is just...amazing! Great addition to the Newcastle drinking scene well done guys all the best see you soon!
Always a handy local but again a bit pricy for cask ales which however are good.
