Well decorated pub with plenty of space indoors and out. Has an outdoor pool table and some big televisions for sports to be shown. Plenty of variety on the menu and the food was nice too. Beer selection was ok but not excellent. Doesn't accept AMEX but does other cards.
Good pub. Found this whilst visiting Newcastle. Quality pint of hop house 13. Seemed to have a lot of people in for football. Good atmosphere and we felt very safe. We will recommend to our friends. We will be in tomorrow for lunch, we want to try the sausage and mash.
Wonderful pub, the service is always fantastic here, lots of hand wash points and we all felt very secure here. The chips on our meals were obviously not home made but the rest of our food was very nice. We had pizza and a sharing platter also, these were top notch.
What a brilliant bar hidden away in Newcastle. Excellent beer garden and even better safety controls in place, probably the best we’ve seen so far. Food was outstanding and the 2 for 1 cocktails were brilliant. We will be back next week for sure. Keep it up.
Great craft beers, I sampled 3 today and had them all served in the correct glass. Good pint of Camden lager. Good pub in Newcastle.
Great student pub with regular live sports. Food is mid price but very tasty, beer is premium pricing. Wetherspoons lite. Or perhaps, Sports Bar +?
Great atmosphere for the football, best Covid safety procedures in a bar we’ve seen so far, very impressed. Burgers are delicious, service is spot on and we will be back. Keep it up!
Fish & chips on lunch deal with the eat out discount was only £3. Fish was delicious and the pub was excellent. Safety measures were outstanding and we both felt at ease as this was our first visit to a pub.
