Impossible to get an appointment. Old reception staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, had some terrible experiences with them - seem to go out of their way to avoid being helpful

Never answer the phone!!! Even when I go down there the phones always continuously ringing but no one can ever seem bothered to pick it up. One receptionsist in particular, (short hair and glasses) is always extremely rude and has a very poor attitude. Need new staff ASAP.

In January i had the flu. Before that, I wasn't registered online. I also had an appointment but was to ill to go. In the end I hoped they gave it to someone else. It is impossible to speak to anyone as answerphone is on all day. When felt bit better went down and registered online. Made appointment but by then ''twas two weeks later than planned. Dr was excellent.

Don't bother trying to call. The phone service is horrible.

I was given a form to have my blood test at the station parade, the nurses were complaining that the form was old/ incorrect which I have been advised later on. Consequently after a few weeks to my surprise I have been told that my blood test result is lost and they can't find in any hospital?? How an earth they can lose a blood test result with my full name and details on it? Also previously they lost my daughter's blood test result. I took a day off work to get this done and I have no faith left to the service provided.
