The Pearce Institute, affectionately known as the PI, has been at the heart of the Govan community since 1906.

The PI is home to a wide range of community groups and social economy organisations sharing the common aim of meeting the needs of the people of Govan.

With a wide range of accomodation the PI can offer organisations an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, social functions, recreational pursuits and leisure activities.

The aim of this page is to provide a notice board for groups operating in the Govan area and in the PI. If you would like to find out more about what's going on or prices for venue hire please get in touch.

Grt resturant when they let it open
The veterans and staff were all very friendly. It is great to know that ex service people have this place where they can enjoy each others company, receive help on social matters, enjoy tasty nutritious meals and much more. It is also a beautiful building outside and in.
Excellent concert tonight by the Glasgow Barons. First time in the Institute. Great venue. Must go back again. Heard there is a great cafe in it.
Staff really lovely, good location, room we were in was really cold for the type of event we were there for Yoga
Went there for first time to the cafe all I can say was food good and staff nice
Had an extremely enjoyable night at a charity ball here. Would happily return here.
