The room itself had all we needed for our office team day. Staff were helpful and the decor was clean, comfortable and modern. It was great having the coffee machine and hot water for tea, as well as the stationery and blackboard/whiteboard walls. My only points of feedback would be that there wasn't a coat stand in our room, although there did appear to be in the other rooms. Some biscuits with the tea and coffee would be a nice addition. Not everyone would love the rule about not being able to bring in external food for lunch but as we were planning on going to a restaurant for lunch this didn't matter hugely for us. Anyway nothing major and we would happily come back here again.
Room was good, facilities were good, coffee machine stopped working and was fixed rather quickly by Anton, who was very helpful throughout our time there; ordered a vegan meal as part of the lunch, unfortunately there was a vegetarian option served instead, however the kitchen quickly made a vegan soup, so pleased with how quickly this was sorted.
The venue was not good at all. they were not prepared, even lacked basic things pen / paper / working clicker. Refreshment was terrible with coffee machine breaking every 5 min and actually causing a lot of delays in coffee break. Lunch seemed to have been ordered or provided for fewer people than attending. They served CBD infused drink at lunch which raised eyebrows. Room was very dark with heavy cloth curtain and dampened the mood a lot.
I have booked these amazing meeting rooms several times for my boss and colleagues and it is THE BEST. We love this place. The food, as you can see, is amazing and plentiful and the staff are just first class. Big special thank you to Weini and Ewa for going above and beyond. We will definately be back. Thanks all at societyM Glasgow.
Room was great good size , clean and prepped.. I did ask to be checked in on every couple of hours but that did not happen so we ran out of milk and water. Staff were great but we had to go and get them..I would rebook!

Loved running an event at this hotel. The staff are brilliant! Friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely keen to help but not intrusive, which suited us perfectly. We had beautiful mocktails brought down to our event space as requested and at the right time. It was handy having the coffee machine just ask the staff for a demo if you’re not sure how to use it as it took us a few mins to get the hang of it. We didn’t order food for the event but I stayed in the hotel and the food was delicious. Rooms have the comfiest beds on earth. Inspiring, vibrant, creative venue. Great spaces for either small or larger groups. Also, as a side-note, the toilets next to our event space were absolutely spotless. We’ll definitely be back.Thank you x
The rooms are really nice, and lend themselves really well to the filmmaking workshops we run. The staff are always very pleasant and the kids really enjoyed being there for the day. Deneece and Mia were very conscientious hosts. We had some payment issues at the start of the day which became quite stressful as we were trying to run our workshop it wasn't our fault and we had actually already paid! so that started off the day a little more stressful than we had hoped or planned. The lunch is also very expensive for what you get, but the food is nice and again the group enjoyed themselves.
Unfortunately not the best visit this time. Room wasn't set up for arrival. Had to ask for juices, milk. There was no cheese with breakfast as advertised. No one visited all day to take away empty cups and we ran out of mugs. Lunch was disappointing as not enough for everyone to have at least 1 sandwich each and again not the same as last time when we got soup too. Had to ask them to take it back to kitchen to cut up into more pieces so everyone could have one. Not sure we will be back again unfortunately. Not the same quality or service as it used to be. :-
I have used the SocietyM meeting rooms on a number of occasions for my Training sessions. We always use the larger room and I must say it is the BEST. Everything from the staff, to the lunch, to the drinks trolley and general environment for break out sessions is just perfect. A very modern environment which feels like a real treat for everyone attending. Lunch is always delicious and fresh and no one every complains and the drinks trolley is so quirky and fun! The IT equipment and pencils and paper finish off the room to a very high standard. I also stay in the bedrooms prior to my meetings and find the large beds with the mood lighting so comfy and having the tablet controlling everything again just adds a modern and fun touch. I highly recommend this hotel for business, for pleasure or even for a drink or bit to ear in their restaurant and bar which I have enjoyed on many occasions.
