Fantastic experience from start to finish. Giuseppe is very knowledgeable and so friendly. We did the vegetarian Indian cooking course and it was great. The food was the best Indian we have Cooked. We have taken a lot away from the evening and will be returning for more course soon.
A fabulous place and a fabulous teacher. I went on the Moroccan course which was a present from my sister. We had a fantastic time, learnt so much and enjoyed the fruits of our labours. Small classes mean virtually 1:1 tuition, and Giuseppe has the patience of a saint! Full of colour, flavour and wonderful aromas. A totally immersive experience. Highly recommended.
Thank you Giuseppe for a most enjoyable day, learning, preparing, cooking and eating Fish on Saturday. This was such an amazing thing to do and I will highly recommend it.
I have been to a few courses with Giuseppe at the Olive Tree, it's always a great experience. Highly knowledgeable, friendly teacher and very hands-on; almost best of all, no washing up!! Have a lovely catalogue of recipes all of which have been delicious and are carefully planned to teach a number of replicable techniques.
Just what we were looking for - a fun and accessible course, that lifts our efforts on this occasion, re Moroccan cuisine. Giuseppe is a fabulous host - infinitely patient as remarked on elsewhere - and very engaging. He's also great on pre-event communication concerning course availability, joining instructions etc. Highly recommended.
