Stayed 2 nights in the flat. Good value, plenty of space with separate living room and bathroom. Bed a little too soft for our liking. Spectacular views. Rustic pub, good choice of cask ales and ciders. Quality of food was good, including tasty breakfast & excellent Service in pub/hotel very

Brilliant country pub. Amazing views over the Corfe Valley, extensive garden, fascinating interior with lots of nooks and crannies. Good range of interesting real ales including guest beers, proper cider, reasonable wine list. The food is wonderful - local game and seafood (the clams, when available, are wonderful!), vegetarian specials, and the landlady's own fabulous jerk chicken. Don't miss this stunning pub! Oh, book in advance - it can get very busy...

We had lunch on Sunday 15th April, myself and 5 family members. The food was great, the Jamaican BBQ is so tasty and generous and very reasonably priced. They also managed to get the BBQ order and the menu orders out at the same time which meant no awkward waiting around. Will definitely be returning.

Great views over Correct Castle. Great service and great menu choices. A good selection of local ales too. Very good to come here after a local walk to refresh yourself. Dogs are welcome in here, and when the weather is good the outside seating is great. I highly recommend the scampi, it's always delicious.
