Amazing little gem of a book shop with handmade crafts and pottery. It's an authentic treasure trove complete with its own resident cat - which as all good shops have. These kinds of places are unfortunately disappearing so if you're in the area - pop in and support this passionate and skilled couple.
Lovely pottery made by Thom and a wide selection of second hand books. A must visit when in Wells.
Adore this place. Exquisite handmade pottery and a huge selection of second hand books sprawled over several rooms. Owned and run by the most friendly and welcoming couple, who are also the creators of the pottery pieces. This is such a find, such a treat, and such a joy to imbibe such beauty.
This was an unexpected find. A real old fashioned book shop. Almost a museum. I got some really old maps and pottery and cards. Had a lovely chat with the owners.

What a fantastic bookshop, friendly owners all seven of us all come away with arms full of books, but sadly for the past 3 years the October half term they have been closed.
Lots of books, unfortunately none that caught my eye. Just happened to notice the place going into town and my partner wanted to look at the pottery and did buy some, so result!, but my thirst went unquenched.
Very friendly & fantastic value if you like old books. Very quirky &,a pottery too.
Great old bookshop to ramble round. Wonderful original ceramics hand made on site.
