Food was hot, don't get that in every spoons, pretty decent pub
The Old Manor is pleasant - inside and out. I think it can get noisy some evenings, but so far have avoided these. Service is good. Outstanding are their prices, especially beer for which there is a good choice.
The Old Manor is the oldest Wetherspoons opened outside of London - way back in 1993.nnOverlooked by many visitors to the town centre, now the Lexicon Centre has opened.nnHowever, a short walk away is reasonably priced food and drink in Bracknell, it is well worth a visit.nnHave visited here many times over the years.nnIf real ales are your tipple, worth checking the app. As the range that is on is usually spread between both the main and side bars.nnUsually pop in for Breakfast if I'm in the area - which can be had for a reasonable £4.95.nnUpdate 31/12/2023.nnPopped in for the fabled Turkey Dinner - the nearest you will to a roast dinner at Wetherspoons- and a pint of Green Jack Lurcher stout.nnIt would be great if Wetherspoons started doing roast dinners once again. It was a stupid decision to remove them and the 'Sunday Club' a few years ago!
Such a shame. Served by member of staff who seemed a bit too young and a bit too full of himself. Told we weren’t allowed dogs in the pub so he sat outside proceeded to make an order only fully jumped up little man come outside and tell us that no animals were allowed on the premises, including in the gardens.nWetherspoons have gone downhill over the years and I certainly won’t be coming back to this ever again. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
Been here with friends after trip to Coral Reef. Sunday evening not too crowded. So friendly and nice bar team and waiter's. Place was clean, cool decorated especially outside with light strings. Parking space extra paid. Food was prepared fast and taste really good as for the price. I would deffo recommended for a lunch or dinner, nice atmosphere and not expensive at all
