It is a spacious and interesting pub, nice and clean. Good friendly service and a good range of beers. The food leaves something to be desired for the price. If you want a drink, this is a good place to go, if you want to eat go to the three Frogs down the road.

Good food for the price. Kids well catered for. Toilet cleanliness leads something to be desired. Second place we've been today where my partner has come back from the loo and commented about poo up the wall... What's going on?

Gorgeous food and friendly staff. Our waitress gave my companion a taster of the local ale to try which was a nice touch. Table service for those who have reserved a table, which I highly recommend doing as it does tend to get busy in the evening. Not overwhelmingly so though as the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. Personally, I recommend the sausage and mash! I wonderfully well done traditional pub meal with plenty of options for all tastes.

The food here is usually very good. They have a varied menu and do a good roast on a Sunday. Worth booking ahead as it can get quite busy.

Really nice theme bar and restaurant. Good ambience and plenty of space. They allow dogs which was a bonus. Also had a nice outside terrace. Overall very impressed.
