Story

The Coppid Beech Hotel is one of Berkshire’s finest four-star properties, providing guests with spacious, comfortable, modern bedrooms; excellent food and 2 distinctive bars. It also has dedicated and purpose built meeting and conference facilities; a live music venue and a fully refurbished state of the art equipped Health and Fitness Club – 'Wellness at the Beech.’

The hotel has 205 bedrooms offering a variety of accommodation, including 19 suites, several family rooms and a selection of superior rooms.

We now offer all guests complimentary Hi-Speed Wifi throughout, running at a maximum speed of up to 30mb in all public areas and up to 300mb in all our meeting and conferences rooms, helping to make connecting easier for everyone.

Very disappointed. A local group of us went to the beer Keller and apres for a first late night out after having babies. We spent over £200 in the beer Keller from 7:45. We requested an extra seat for one of the girls and told we had to stay standing despite the bar being empty. We then went on to the nightclub. Everyone walked straight in and we checked with the security man that this was ok. We were advised it was. We then bought a round of drinks only to be advised that we needed to exit the club and then pay to re enter despite being in the bar since 7:45pm and asking on entry and being told it was free. Spoken to very rudely by staff. Advised they 'were busy' and clearly had made mistakes. We were not compensated and instead were asked to leave the club as we couldn't afford £10 entry due to buying drinks inside the club. A female 'manager' and male security guard were particularly aggressive and confrontational despite explaining the problems in detail to try and find a resolution. Very very disappointing end to an evening. Would not recommend apres or the bar as the staff demonstrated total lack of respect and rudeness in addition to awful customer service and discrimination on multiple levels. As we left we observed the staff laughing despite us feeling quite shaken up by the experience. Do not visit this club. We will not be returning.

We came as a large group of 30... so we pre ordered. Even then the starters took AN HOUR! Seriously disappointing food, and pathetic service. I would never come back. Chaos at its finest, and the place is almost empty except for us. Avoid at all costs!
