Found the pub to be full of character, friendly staff and good food. Enjoyed a few pints and Fish n chips, which were the best Ive eaten in some time!

Fab beer, great food, (fantastic homemade chips) lovely welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff.
We would thoroughly recommend the Old Bull.   We even had a lift home at the end of the night from a generous regular. Thank you so much.

Cute and cosy, open fires, and a friendly welcome. Dog friendly too. Just the 2 ales on, kept OK. A little cold despite sitting directly in front of the fire, but it was a cold day.

Excellent country pub. Ignore the reviews claiming the food isn't good: it's not a gastropub, thank God! It's an unpretentious country pub with good beer and friendly staff. Long may it stay that way.
