Fantastic carvery, consistently brilliant food and friendly service.  Lovely mothers day meal at a very reasonably price. I would recommend wearing loose clothing as the servings are very generous and you'll definately want to clear your plate :-)

Took mum for a birthday carvery. Lovely food great choice of veggies. Polite and friendly staff. Would definitely go again x

We went to The Queens Head for Christmas lunch with our family.  There were 5 of us .  To complicate things I am coeliac and my daughter is gluten and dairy free.  They were brilliant at accommodating our needs.  The food was absolutely delicious. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted including gluten free bread, stuffing and christmas pudding together with a sweet my daughter could eat.   The hospitality and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

friendly staff and superb carvery. it's a real shame the gravy used to be tasty now it's hit and miss watery.
