Seated us and took our order very quickly, and starters came out in acceptable time.nnHowever we had to wait, with 2 chases, over 50 minutes for the main and when it arrived no apologies at all.nnServers didn't check on us aside from the starters and generally we felt forgotten.nnFood was good however, though we think our food was on the hotplate as the gravy wasn't great on arrival.
My family and I are frequent visitors, including recently, for Christmas Day lunch. We wish to thank our regular server, Fiona, for her courteous, efficient, and ǰovial demeanour, which makes our visits so pleasurable.nThank you!nThe food isn't bad too.
We visit 3 or 4 times a year on our travels up and down the M5. Food never disappoints but the service can be a little underwhelming. However Ana on Sat evening was very good, sorry exceptional! It really makes a difference when someone can be so attentive and calm during a busy period. Always smiling with humorous conversations it makes all the difference.
Great place to eat, with the infamous bottomless salad bar. Ana was the most fantastic server, very friendly, had a great sense of humour and made sure we had everything we needed. Very reasonably priced. Only down side is you end up eating far too much!
Visited this evening for dinner and had fantastic service from Jo, she couldn't be more helpful! She had everything we needed before we asked for it and all with a fab sense of humour! We arrived close to closing time and with a baby, but nothing was too much trouble. The food was hot and we all had fairly big portions we had to bring some home!. We will be returning again soon!
