The Horseshoe Inn Restaurant, (known locally as The ‘Shoe) is the destination for those who enjoy quality food. Head Chef Richard Kennedy and colleagues Andy, Ross, and Brett cook with flair and passion.

Richard started with one of the biggest catering companies in the world after studying biochemistry at The University of Hertfordshire. ‘Sodexho’ introduced him to Anton Edelman and other top chefs. Then to The Pink Geranium and Sheene Mill in Melbourn Cambs when they had multiple rosettes then a spell in a Cambridge Michelin Star restaurant before taking on The Horseshoe Inn Restaurant as his own. He has been winning acclaim one customer at a time over the last six years. In fact, ‘The ‘Shoe’ was voted St Neots No 1 ‘Best Loved’ business in February past for the FOURTH year running! Richard accepts no compromise ensuring the very best will arrive at your table.

Only fresh food locally sourced in East Anglia is used here. The meat is provided by only long standing professional butchers and must be certified born, raised, and butchered on the UK mainland and prepared to the highest standards. Vegetables from East Anglian farmers is sourced through suppliers such as Glenn’s of Sandy.

Sunday lunch here is now famous and advance booking is a must. The Horseshoe Inn Restaurant is a destination for anyone looking for fine quality food at realistic prices and has been favourably compared with the very best locally and even to some well known London restaurants. In addition to the comprehensive ‘a la carte’ menu you can expect a wide range of ‘specials’ changing most days including home made pies and a range of Fresh Fish dishes on a Wednesday. A family orientated establishment The Horseshoe Inn offers a large garden with a contained children’s play area and a spacious restaurant seating up to 100. A private Dining room that seats an additional 30 is also available.
