Warm and welcoming place. Great choice of local ales and huge selection of gin! Was particularly impressed by the warming open fire on this cold February afternoon. A must go venue if you are after a relaxed, friendly local drink and good time. Already met several  friendly people and lots of good laughs. Not many places you can go that still have these unique local traits. Will return at every opportunity and would recommend to anyone!

altough it was a good night out, it was friends that made it a good night, not the actual place, there was a very limited bar and the atmosphere on its own was poor

Good beer bar. A little off the beaten track. Not very lively. Somewhat sparsely decorated. Great beer selection and wonderful staff.

Fantastic local, brilliant environment and a fantastic finely selected choice of bottled and tap beers.
The double hop unfiltered cloudy IPA, Jester and Galaxy from Hawskhead was my personal favourite! Will certainly see you again 😀
