Very centrally located welcoming pub. Well decorated. Sports TV. Friendly landlord although he could do with some staff. We waited ages to get the first drink.

A homely pub from the Craft Union stable, a wide range of draught beers lagers and ciders front a back bar with a range of bottled drinks, wines and spirits. Satellite TV showing all the expected sports programmes. Karaoke once a week and occasional live music along with very reasonable prices and welcoming hosts make this a great place to visit.

Absolutely disgusted with this place, the landlord has a great con going, After parking up & taking my client to lunch, we got told we wasn't welcome, at first I thought this was a joke & said why. (landlord) because you're a contractor, this was no joke. We got told to leave & then charged £1 for leaving the car park, otherwise the barrier would not be lifted. Pls be very careful going here as obviously outsiders are not welcome.... I've posted picture of entrance to car Park, hope this helps....
