Fabulous shop. Took my very un-beginner-friendly acoustic along to Glenn for a restring and to see if they could lower the action, and set it up to make it easier to play. Barre chords were totally impossible. Let me hire a very user friendly guitar for an absolute bargain price, while my baby was being worked on. Result? Better than I could possibly have hoped for. It now flatters my playing, sounds and plays so much nicer. Such nice guys too, treated my guitar like it was a priceless gem. Just so chuffed, can't wait to go back soon.

My brother had bought a guitar for my daughter a few years back from here. Original i found the owner very helpful, up untill December last year when one of the tuners needed to be replaced. We brought the guitar into the store where we were told it would be fixed and ready to collect in 3-4 days. On the 4th day we called and there was no recollection of this being booked in for replacement. Numerous calls later and around Three weeks after, we're told theyre still waiting on the parts. That's fine no problem with that, exept No one communiced, kept us up to date or informed us of the problems they were having and infact, it wasn't just one tuner that was going to be replaced, but instead every single one was going to be. This was due to the rarity of the originals so an entirely different set needed to put on That's what we were told anyway. This resulted in having to drill new holes for each of the new tuners which in turn has now defaced the headstock on my daughters guitar. These things happen so again, we let it slip. Fast forward to the day we were finally able to collect it which by now had been 6 weeks. I suggested to the owner that for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism, lowering the price slightly would be appreciated. To which he abruptly and rudely responded "if you dont like it ill take them back off and you can go elsewhere" Pure RUDENESS! I understand this is a small independent buisness but I found that extremely ill-mannered, disrespectful and downright inconsiderate to act in such a way to one of his customers. Especially after we respectfully waited patiently during this whole disorder.

Really pleasant and very helpful, Needed new guitar strings for my son’s guitar, iv no idea what I was potentially going/needed to buy, gentleman serving was very helpful indeed. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for you help.

What an awesome little guitar shop! I been to loads of independent guitar shops bit this one is one of the best and definitely the best in Crawley and surrounds. I put a deposit down on an amazing beautiful semi-acoustic the young lady showed me there. Talking of which the young lady is bleary knowledgeable and incredibly lovely there. Also there was a gentleman who is also doing in house repairs and luthiering he was also amazing. I'm so glad I went in there today. They have a full range of strings and accessories and also do drum kits and sticks ..pa equipment too. Great shop! I hope they see this review.

Was Looking for my first guitar as a mature student.  Was served by Colin. Nothing was too much trouble, he took loads of time providing advice, and even demonstrating different models. What was really impressive was no hard sell, in fact we purchased a model far more expensive than he originally showed us.  This is what great local shops and knowledgable staff should all look like.  Thanks for an amazing experience for my first guitar purchase.

Took my bass guitar in and it was fixed in no time with a detailed explanation of the the work done. Great service and at a very reasonable cost. Very helpful staff.

I was so impressed with this shop. I have absolutely no music experience, but thought it's not a bad time at the moment to try and learn. I ended up buying my first electric guitar and Dave took a lot of time to talk me through and show me everything I needed to know to get me going which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this shop.

I recently had new strings put on my guitar and some repairs done to it as well. Very quick and friendly service. Awesome prices on repairs, products and loaning of instruments. I will be going back to this shop.

We went to this Music Shop as my 10 year old daughter has decided after playing the violin for 3 years she would like to learn to play the guitar. The gentleman was very helpful and let my daughter try a couple of guitars for size. We will be going back!
