The exhaust fell off my Renault Clio, and after a quick phone call I was squeezed in to the schedule to fix a replacement. The very next day I was back on the road with a shiny new exhaust. I am very pleased and grateful for their hard work to get me back on the road, and the price was great too. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Best garage I have ever used. They are welcoming, kind, good at what they do and honest and fair with their charges. As a woman going into a garage I don’t feel intimidate and they always given me an excellent customer service, accommodating my emergency repairs even when they were full. Wow these guys are amazing. Thank you so much today with our citron dispatch. Super friendly lady on the phone and really helpful, thay went above and beyond to squeeze us in for a diagnostic. Very knowledgeable found the fault and hopefully this is now rectified, as we had been told from citron this is a common fault with ad blue and couldn’t get us in for at least a week. But these guys have got us back on the road and out to our customers. Thank you we will certainly be back with our other vehicles also recommending your garage and customer service to others. Despite an overflowing schedule they helped my daughter with a crankshaft sensor fault almost immediately. Can't thank them enough.
Had previously taken my car to a different garage who said they where unable to re con my car to a leak which was going to cost £200-£400 to fix. Spoke to this garage who did the re con no issue. Saving ££££ Fast efficient service. They are also super flexible. Highly recommend them. I will now only be using this garage from now on. Once you know a garage is great they’ll get your loyalty! I have taken both my car and my van to Crawley Autofit and received an MOT and service from this business and I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is absolutely second to none. The people running this garage are professional, trustworthy, kind, informative and immensely helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. Also for anyone out there who feels slightly anxious about taking their cars for a service/MOT/etc., this is the place to go. Thank you.
Can’t recommend this garage enough. Unfortunately we’ve had many issues with our Nissan Qashqai and engine management lights. We sent our car to a number of garages, but this is the first garage we have used where they truly cared about finding and fixing the issues we were having. Reasonably priced, and not interested in ripping their customers off. We will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you so much for all your time and help. Candice and Reece
First Class Service for my Nissan X-Trail My Nissan X-Trail failed the MOT with a broken horn and the owner tried for 45 minutes to rectify the issue without success but charged nothing. I had to book it in for repair and they fixed it and even managed to source a reconditioned part to avoid the expense of a new one which I really appreciated. They also sorted out an issue with the wheel alignment and the final bill was a lot less than I had expected despite the time spent getting to the bottom of the issues. The owner and staff are brilliant, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable and they go that extra mile which seems rare nowadays. I will certainly be using them again and highly recommend this garage to anyone in the Crawley area. Thank you Crawley Autofit from a very satisfied customer!
