Tow bar fitted to new Mercedes GLE 450. From first conversation it was clear that the knowledge and standards they work to would suit me. Particularly after so many issues with two local Hampshire fitters. Done in time, easy prompt communications and a fair price for very high quality work. On which you can tell a lot about a company from the necessary cutting work and wiring - great care and attention to detail. So good in fact I’m happy to travel 45 minutes to get them to do more work on our other cars/vans.
Great experience with Road Radio Crawley, went in with the hopes of upgrading the standard BMW speakers. Instantly, they knew where the issue was and to install tweeters in the top of door panels, and replace the lower door speaks. There was availability the next day and work completed in under an hour and half. The difference is night and day, and for a very reasonable price, better than all other quotes. Thank you!
Stereo upgrade including speakers & reversing camera. Asked for opinion of what was available to suit my VW T5.1. Was given option of a few that would work best. Turned up bit early to make sure all was good. Came straight out to me. Went through it all. Great customer service. Can’t fault the service provided. Highly recommend. Thank you .
Called the Crawley store for advice on getting a subwoofer installed. Was given options and advised to go for the cheaper option as it is better quality than the more expensive options. Arranged installation and was fitted on the day in the time specified without issue. Would highly recommend

Shout out to the team at Road radio for amazing customer service. We bought our dashcam from them a few years ago. Yesterday I popped in to ask for some advice as I was not able to link my phone to the car WiFi or dashcam. They got me back on line in no time at all. AMAZING Thank you Sharon
Went to these guys for a radio and they said it’s near impossible to install a double din stereo in my car. So I did it myself
