Personally i used to like boots very much n liked going there. But recently the overall quality of medications and even multivitamins have greatly decreased. I had to send some meds abroad n brought in bulk... and i trusted the brand name to keep products of reasonable  shelf live. But it only had one month expiry time. N this has happened too many times to be just a coincidence .

Always friendly staff in all department. Helpful too. I even met a director behind the till. That saying something. Getting hand on what going on the shop floor.

My baby was sick last week with a high temperature, I rushed her over to Boots just before they closed and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. They genuinely seemed concerned and offered great assistance and reassurance. Thank you.

This review relates to only the pharmacy
It's a complete joke trying to get through to them they don't answer the phone and on the rare and I mean rare they do they then put you on hold and leave you. 
They do NOT fulfil prescriptions or advise patients that they can't. Basically avoid avoid.
