Don’t order online! They lack basic inventory controls so delivered me a completely different item vs the one I ordered. Now I’m stuck in limbo with zero response to my multiple contacts to their offshored customer service team. I even emailed the CEO and got the same holding position and no action. Surprising that they manage to stay in business with that kind of customer service…!

I had a challenging experience with a multiple gift card transaction, but Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a pleasant one. I'm really grateful for her assistance!

NOT CURRYS PROBLEM! Purchased a toaster mid October and stopped working mid November. Exchanged to find out when home the wrong colour was in the wrong box. Returned to exchange again as they had little stock to a 3rd toaster. Mid December it broke. Returned for a refund and was told it's Tefal's policy to only offer repairs and take up to 6 weeks. Given the time of year this was unacceptable but customer service gave us no other option resulting in us purchasing another toaster for the Christmas and New Year break. not from Currys obviously Now mid January it's fixed and upon collection we asked for a refund. Blatantly refused given all the stress and financial loss. The manager said there is nothing that can be done and that it's not there problem that we were to be without a toaster. Will never purchase anything from Currys again and will encourage friends and family to do the same.

Massive store, big section on gadgets galore. I got distracted in here exploring all the gadgets. Only came in to pick up a gift card.
