Currys has been the place to go for the family and I for years. They are always helpful. I love to be able to see the tech before I buy. They are happy to match UK retailers prices, so no need to rely the internet to take a chance.

I just want to share my experience was wonderful. My special thanks to Adrian, who went out of his way to help me set up my new mobile despite his delayed break, to Tracy and a trainee lady I wish I could remember her name. Lovely staff. Thank you for all the help and keep up the good work.

This review is more specifically about one of the customer supports at the repair desk ? named Joseph. While I always had good experience with staff there, Joseph's work was on another level. He took the time to explain the issue, and to look up and suggest different solutions; patiently and obviously with interest, not just to do the job. He could have answered my questions and left it to me to make the difficult decision by myself and it would have still been the standard service, instead he made sure that I have all the information and know about my options in a way that it makes my life easier I have a complicated issue with my work laptop. I hope the workplace appreciates this attitude — a good customer support is what makes one to pick one service brand over the other.

Don't visit this store. I ordered an item for collection in store. When I turned up, I waited in the collection area for 15 minutes without being served. I pressed the call button but still no one came. A member of staff walked past, asked if I was waiting and then still did not serve me. After 25 minutes of waiting, a staff member did then serve me and blamed m for not pressing the call button. I had pressed the call button when I initially arrived but it has been so long without being answered that it had turned off. It then took a further 5 minutes for the item to be collected from the warehouse. It would have been quicker to use amazon. The staff were not interested and unhelpful. At least 10+ staff standing around not serving anyone.

I popped into Curry’s to return a new turntable that had a slight fault. It was a really busy Saturday, so I wasn’t expecting things to be quick or easy - but then we were greeted by Denise.nnShe was honestly the loveliest person. So friendly, calm, and genuinely kind. Even with the store packed, she made us feel looked after and never rushed. She handled everything smoothly and went out of her way to help as much as she could even when things didn’t quite go according to plan she found someone to help and showed her lovely personality a little more.nnDenise is a complete natural when it comes to customer service and a real credit to the store. We’ll definitely be back, purely because of the experience.
