They've got a whole lot of electronics down here, but I'm not sure they've got the best prices. I enjoyed the experience, though, of looking around and seeing all the items they have for sale. They do have deals that you can watch if you're not in a hurry to buy. I wouldn't buy at regular price in any case.  I increased my review score because customer service is great, especially when it's not crowded.

Surprisingly impressed... coming from a person that loathes all forms of in-person shopping and buy everything I can online.  This weekend I needed a printer at short notice and Curry's click-and-collect service meant I could collect the next day. I arrived before 11am on Saturday and clicked the 'I am here' link within my order confirmation email to initiate the collection process. I was barely waiting 2 minutes inside when the store colleague presented me with my order, and after confirming my name I had the printer in-hand. Totally painless, and pleasantly surprised how easy it was. There was even a retro-styled arcade machine running Street Fighter 2 next to the collection point to keep the kids entertained! OK, I had a go also.  I also received a friendly greeting from another store colleague when I decided to have a walkaround. Top marks!

I took my daughter in here expecting the best service as I usually do receive however I was greeted with a not so friendly face for a change. All I needed to buy was a portable charger for my daughters camping trip and the server refused to allow me to buy it as he said he was dealing with another customer who was purchasing a phone- saying this process would take an additional 30 minutes! I understand people are busy but I thought it was ridiculous as I just needed to purchase an item and would not take more than 2 minutes. Very disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon.

Excellent huge branch of Currys. I was quite impressed by the full range of all kinds of electrical products. They even have sodastreams and a few flavours ..they could do with getting some more flavours in tho please management if you're residing this? Staff are all incredibly friendly and approach you when you arrive to make sure you know they are there for help. I have now made a couple of purchases there and will be buying a tumble dryer there too. Special mention to the amazing, professional and very friendly SANDRA she is a joy to speak to and very knowledgeable

I bought a fridge freezer which came with a £50 free gift promotion. Never received it. Called them no one called back to help with it. No telephone number for Crawley store? Last 3 items bought had to return them as parts missing or not working properly

Been to this store before, when we purchased two TVs, and a Shark vacuum cleaner.. this time round I went to see if they could update me on my Dualit toaster, as I needed it urgently for a present. Waited around for ages to be served by the collection point, and then an agent came round to see me. I asked if they could check on my order? and rather abruptly the gentleman starts scrolling on my phone as if it was his, and said if I hadn't received another email to say it had arrived, then it wasn't there. I said that's funny, Curry's have already emailed me to ask how was my experience? The gentleman said that was an error and I just walked away, as I knew he was not interested in going further to help me as a customer. I was hoping to collect the item, as I wanted to hear them upsell insurance on a product that lasts for years.. oh well will buy directly from Dualit and won't be going round anymore to this store. Impressions lasts a lifetime!

Extremely disappointed that i took the day off work to stay at home waiting for a delivery that never showed up. I had a delivery slot for the 15th of December between 07:35-11:35, around 12:15 the delivery still hadn't arrived and i had no contact from Currys informing me that they were delayed or any information given to me, when i tried tracking my order no new time had been given so I called customer service, they contacted the drivers and got back to me saying that they had left the warehouse with a delay but that they were already on the road and would be with me on the day, and that they would give me a call back letting me know a rough delivery time. By 16:30 there was no delivery and no new update, when i called currys again they told me a completely different excuse, they told me that the van had a break down and they were 3 hours behind schedule because of this, ans they were unsure if the delivery would be with me today or not, if not they would contact me to give me a new date. This annoyed me as it was completely different to what i had been told previously, and also if they were 3 hours behind schedule, the delivery should had arrived by this time as it had been 5 hours since my delivery slot had expired. What is even worse is that during this time and the whole fiasco of lies, i had no update from Currys informing me of anything, was given the wrong information to start with and when i asked to speak to a manager they told me they were unable to find one as they were all on meetings, one should call me back, showing how much currys really values their customers.

First visit today - ordered TV  online , opened Christmas day and the remote didn't work - took it to store on Boxing day and replaced without question in about 5 mins - couldn't have been more straight forward & young guy who served me was very professional, polite and attentive .

I've come to Curry's to buy an expensive item for my son.  They have one in stock.  But I can't buy it. Because they only have one in stock.  They tell me they would only be able to sell it to me if there was none in the warehouse.  They check the warehouse. They don't have any.  But yet somehow they still can't sell it to me.  Because they're expecting a delivery in a few days.  Can I place an order for one of those? Also no, because it might be over seven days before I get it.  No one's properly explained why and my experience was awful.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever known.  I purchased a Switch bundle in store on the 23/12 with two of the games out of stock. Was promised a call once they were in stock. Told it would normally take 3-5 working days but this would be delayed a little due to Christmas/New year.  I then waited until the 5th January and attempted to follow up through there central team no direct access to stores I was promised a callback within 24 hours. This didn't happen.  I then receive a call to tell me the games were in stock. Travel to the store. 45 minute drive one way to find one of the games there the other had been ordered but had been resold by mistake. They would order more and call when in stock.  Roll forward now two weeks have passed. Two attempts at getting a callback from the store. Both promised within 24 hours. Nothing  Than raise a complaint and promised a response within 72 hours. No response.  So follow up again to be told there is nothing they can do, they cannot reach the store and arent prepared to sit on hold. That a note can be added to my file and they will contact me the same way they haven't the past 4 times.  OR that the only option I had available was to travel to the store the same one that's 45 minutes away, cannot be contacted for three weeks, have never called me back, and can't monitor their own stock levels. Safe to say I'm not making that journey until I know it's there waiting for me.  That's it in a world of multiple digital communication systems that work globally, from a company that specialises in tech. Ther only solution is for me to physically travel there without being able to speak to anyone in the store beforehand.  Crawley Megastore I think may need some training on using phones.
