Have had several iPhones repaired and screens replaced here. Excellent service and always honest advice. Just off to see them again with daughter's broken phone!

Went it to get a new battery for my iPhone 5. As soon as it was done they tried to tell me my screen was peeling away (which is wasn't when I bought it in) and I should pay to fix it. I said no, and then my brother told me they had done the exact same to his friends Samsung phone, and refused to fix the screen they had damaged. The new battery lasted less than 6 months, and the phone is now completely broken and unusable. My brothers friends phone went the same way. I would not go back here.

I visited the store today and was left a little baffled by the service I received. I have a portable hard drive that is no longer working leaving me unable to view the files. 
I spoke to someone who told me the process and that it was something that you could do.
When I asked the price for this service, his exact words were "I can't give you a figure" 
I accept that there may be some guess work involved and that you really don't know what you are dealing with until you see it, but I would expect someone offering an expert service to be able to give me a ball park figure or something general like "most customers pay X" or "If all we need to do is this then you are looking at X as a cost" 
Nothing at all. "I can't give a figure" I was recommended to come and see you today so I am very disappointed.
