Fine dining experience at an affordable price and still with a friendly atmosphere. Yes there is a bit of procedure, including choosing from a menu whilst in a waiting area, but food is great and staff are friendly and well mannered. The head chef came to ask every table how their meal was. Can't remember the last time I had that. Food is spot on, lamb shank was the business and I finished my meal feeling full.

Nice place to eat and a lovely venue, clean and bright. The service is spot on and very very attentive to detail. Only open at the latter part of the week and I would say essential to ring and check first. The menu is perhaps from the 70's /80's but great food, could not fault it. I would say £££ , not cheap but not outrageous either. I would definitely return.

We try to eat here every time we are in Norfolk and have never been disappointed. The food and service is always first class, and the ambiance of the restaurant is wonderful. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
