Buying a Property can be daunting at the best of times, and it's then you need real support and professionalism. My partner and myself have recently bought a flat in Stalham, marketed by Aldreds in Stalham. We were unsure about it at first and viewed the property on many occasions, each time accompanied by the Estate Agents' representative. Each one was well informed about the property, and answered all our questions. We weren't hurried or pressurised in any way, and they cared to make sure that we were happy to proceed, for which we can't thank them enough. After the purchase had gone through we had a question for the vendor, and contacted Aldreds. Within the hour we had the information we needed, and could further enjoy our flat. Some agents would have not been so attentive, and to us it shows the calibre and professionalism of the staff at Aldreds. If we eventually sell the property, or even purchase another Aldreds in Stalham would most certainly be the first port of call. We will be recommending them to our friends. D.King
I don't normally do reviews, however we've just sold a house with Aldreds, and we are very pleased with the help and support from everyone in the Stalham office. An estate agent who actually gives a truly superb service: as a buyer they answered all my emails promptly dealing with my queries in a thoroughly professional and expeditious manner. Not being local to the area I was advised to use Aldreds. The whole team were always available to help whilst being friendly and polite. They kept me updated and were reassuring and professional but also with that personal touch which was much appreciated.
Everyone at the Stalham branch from first enquiry to completion of sale did a great job. Due to complicated legal matters, the sale took far longer than it should have. This was entirely beyond Aldreds’ control and they did everything they could to make it happen. They did so with patience and grace and kept me informed every step of the way. I chose them based on Paul’s local experience in valuing the house and also because they visited it weekly for me to satisfy insurance company requirements, saving us a forty mile round trip once a week and bucketloads of our sanity. This went on many months more than any of us expected, but they cheerfully continued, for which I am eternally grateful. I heartily recommend them.
We had not moved house for 15 years and loved our house.Aldreds gave helpful advice and offered a professional, friendly ear throughout the entire process.We hope to not have to go through a sale process again but if we did, we would use Aldreds again.
