I tried to order a delivery on their website, but although the money was taken, the order never got through to the restaurant. I think they have a serious problem with their website, and even they said not to pay online.nnDespite showing them the credit card transaction they are refusing to refund me, which I think is 100% bad service.nnAlthough the food is good, I now need to wait 2 weeks to make a claim on the credit card because they are being unhelpful.nnAlthough the food is good, I will not be ordering from them again.

I don't normally bother leaving reviews.We visited a year ago on holiday and really enjoyed their food and restaurant. However one year on and it was completely different. We had the 5 course Wednesday meal. They gave us 3 poppadoms between 2 of us- great. Then my starter of Lamb tikka. The lamb was tough - but not enough for a poor review. However my chicken madras! The chicken was the type you buy frozen in cubes. Overcooked. Very tough and partly inedible. The madras sauce was the worst I've ever had. Very mild and un-madras like. My wife had a dhansak. The chicken was slightly better but it was more spicy than the madras!nAltogether a very disappointing evening. I didn't complain at the time as I hate making a fuss. But we will not be going again.

I've never had to complain in 12 years but just lately the food quality has gone down, and tonight's take away/delivery was the worst yet. The bombay aloo were just boiled potatoes with a bit of sauce that was so bland they could have just left it off. As for the meat dishes well enough said.  I'm guessing it's changed hands but it needs to hurry up and change again as this bad.

Had a wonderful bank holiday meal with my family the food was flawless and tasted fresh and well prepared. I honestly can't recommend them enough was the cherry on the cake at the end of our holiday. Thank you so much .

Dog friendly curry house, food was absolutely delicious and service was good. Only complaint would be the wait time was over an hour, however I can appreciate that there was 8 of us that didn’t make a reservation. Food was well worth the wait!
