Our first experience of boating and of the Broads and I am sure not our last. Loved the friendly supportive team at Richardsons. Most important was being able to slow down and enjoy life on the water. The only drawback on our boat was the comfort of the beds, which took a little getting used to.
Currently holidaying on Gem Star 1, a slightly older model but with everything you need, including a sliding canopy for those lovely dry days. Loads of room, hot shower and decent sized fridge. A great boat for couples on their first boating holiday. Staff very helpful and there to assist at ANY time ! Having a fab time. navigating the Broads. Will defo return!
Had a lovely 4 night break on Swan Renown. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the young lad that showed us around the boat was very polite and helpful. The boat was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be booking up for next year.

Fantastic boatyard. We started our holiday here with a detailed induction for the boat, no question seemed silly and this gave us great confidence setting off. When facing high waters at Ludham Bridge, the team were super helpful and came out to help us navigate under. Great quality boat and service. Highly recommended!
