Bernard was able to accommodate my repair issue at very short notice. Not only did he fix my speaker but he also conducted a comprehensive overhaul of the unit complete with PAT test, all at a reasonable price. This saved me a heap load of trouble, time and money with what could have been a really messy situation sending it 300 miles back to the original distributors. Being a professional music producer with a few projects needing finishing before the end of year the minimal downtime was much appreciated. Bernard is also a jolly pleasant person Highly recommended

I took a couple of old Fender valve amps to get serviced by Bernard. He did a fantastic job and sorted out a few of issues that i was having. Cost wise, I couldn't complain - very reasonable for the amount of work carried out. I also got a full written diagnostic report and diagram of what had been carried out. Very professional and I will be back in the future. Thanks Bernard!!
Bernard is a lovely friendly chap who knows his work 100%. He has successfully saved my beloved Musical Fidelity A1 amplifier which has now been fully restored to rude health. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
Similar to the old Heineken advert, Bernard can repair what other engineers cannot, he is highly capable, intelligent and a problem solver. Not just someone who reads and plays by the book, he thinks out of the box to do those really difficult repairs, others say cannot be fixed.
Thanks to you Mr Maugham I now have a fully restored 45 year old amplifier sounding brand new. Really appreciated.
