Twice I've been in the store and promised a call about screen cover as under warranty. Told I'd get a call in a week to arrange calling in. Over 2 months and nothing. Terrible service. First gent didn't even record my details. Won't be buying future phones and tec from them as unreliable
I came into your store on Sunday 23rd October as I had an appointment for you to look at my phone as the screen had blown its a flip 3 5g I was seen by a young girl who took my phone through to the service area and when she came back she said the screen had gone due to the damage on the hinge to which I know this is not the case. I was then informed that the repair would cost £309.00 I said for that price I would want a guarantee that it would not happen again, she went back to the service center and came back out to tell me I would have a 2yr warranty on it so I went ahead with the repair. I returned back to the shop to collect my phone to which I was then told the screen only has a 90day guarantee from being repaired to which I had said to them I had been MISS SOLD I would never of paid £309.00 known it only had 90days as I know for a fact that the screen will go again in a years time, after talking to a few of the staff the floor assistant manager came over and took my details and said he would talk to the manager on Monday and would be in touch that day, I have not had any correspondence from the company if I don't get a response I will take this matter further to trading standards as I was MISS SOLD!!
I called in this store today to get my Samsung tablet repaired. I was told I "had to" make an appointment, then come back. It is not easy for me as I am my 96 year old mother's carer and I find it difficult to leave her. There were only 2 customers in the store and I felt the staff could not care less. I will not return to this store as I had the worst customer experience ever. My tablet is not under warranty so I will take it somewhere where it will be probably cheaper to repair and I will be treated more kindly. I have just had a very prompt, polite reply from the store owner so thank you for that. However may I suggest that you add some information on your website re advising customers to make an appointment for repair work as it is not always easy with work and home commitments to come and be TOLD not politely advised and there is a difference that you "have to" make an appointment. Not good.
I purchased the newest version of the Flip phone on Monday 22 August 2022. I found the staff very helpful especially the young lady and equally very knowledgeable. They gave me a good discount. The only improvement I would suggest is to have carpet on the floor to stop the noise reverberating around the room as it was very noisy
Terrible store booked in for a repair I arrived 10 minutes early and was told I would have to leave the store and come back rather than just wait for 10 minutes in the store. Came back to be served by someone who repeatedly got annoyed at the tablet she was using to book my phone in for repair. Swearing at the tablet and looking like she could not he bothered. When I asked how long it would be for the repair she said he had started working on it straight away when asked if there was any point me hanging around as I'd traveled a long way was told that it would be ready today or tomorrow but I'd get an email. We shopped around newcastle for a few hours and no email so went home. 3 days later still no email so contacted Samsung to be told my phone had indeed been repaired on that same day and I could of collected it. Staff continued to have awful attitudes when i went back to collect my phone and more interested in people who are wanting to buy new products. Completely ignoring me waiting. Terrible customer service, will never buy another phone from Samsung again.
My experience with this store involved requesting a repair for a device that was within warranty. The process of applying for the repair appointment, until I was actually at the store handing in my device took me a little over a month, during which time I was left without a mobile phone. There were two issues with my device. One issue was with the screen and the other was with the camera. When I handed my handed my device in for repair I was told by the staff that there was no telling how long it would take for the device to be repaired because they had a shortage of some parts they needed. I totally get that, so I then simply asked if it was going to take over a month as I would be abroad after that. The answer that I got was that they couldn't know. The staff just seemed totally careless. So I handed it in anyway and I got a text back in just five days saying that my device was ready for pick up. When I picked my device I realized that only the screen had been fixed but the camera was left broken. At the time I was so busy that I could not waste any more time without my phone and my warranty only had about a month or so left, so I decided to leave it as it was. Long story short, I have been a Samsung buyer for all my life and this was the one and only time I had to make use of the customer support. However, after seeing just how hectic the whole system is, I have decided to never purchase a Samsung again in my life. Doesn't matter how cheap or good a product is, if the support is not there it's not worth it and Samsung has totally failed in that regard for me.
The staff in this store Chloe & manager Mathew have gone above & beyond to ensure the best outcome when I had a problem with my phone … I cannot recommend this store enough thru have definitely gave the best customer care I have ever experienced… well done to them … big clap & well done to Samsung on your customer training ..
Absolutely brilliant shop friendly staff got me the right phone for me transferred from old phone to new phone nothing was problem well done all.
I live out of the area and made the journey to the store to purchase the Galaxy Fold 3. I went through all the promotions with the salesman,who explained they offer a £250 top up on trade ins. I was offered £69 for my iPhone 11 unlocked and grade A. I then spent 30 minutes with him testing my phone and choosing a handset with him, only to find out that the maximum they can give for a trade in is £250 not as a top up on top of the £69. I had queries regarding the reliable of the Galaxy fold 3 and even the device in store displayed screen damage. The salesman could not confidently explain why the display was damaged or that it wouldn’t happen to mine. Whilst in the store the salespersons kept having to ask each other for advice. This left the impression that no one really knew what was going on. To add insult to injury the device is actually cheaper on Samsung online Blue light discount. I highly recommend checking the website prior to heading to the store as they are cheaper and the online chat, seemed to know more about the devices. In short, I wouldn’t make the journey again. I feel further staff training is required, in relation to the Samsung devices and the promotions they offer.
I try get fold 4 I come 5pm to shop they didn't wont spend time to sale me phone ,wrong information on samsung page I shood get 570 for my s21ultra they try to give me 250 plus 37 pound yes 37 pound for s21ultra please don't get people get daft
