I have purchased items and services from GHI for at least 10 years. The service throughout has been exceptionally good. The compatible ink is very inexpensive and the staff are very helpful. I use them even on the few occasions when prices are slightly cheaper elsewhere because of the quality of service. I recently had a laptop checked for viruses and the check was done for free. No viruses were found but the staff could have charged me ad I wouldn't known the difference. Excellent store.

I purchased a gaming pc with this store last Nov 2017 for £619 - went to see if they would buy it back - took PC and said it would take up to 3-5 days for evaluation.  Had to phone up to see if the evaluation was done - when I did I was told the buy back price was £30.  Insulted and shocked by this I said I would come back for my PC.  When I went into get my PC I asked why the evaluation was only £30 and was told by a member of staff it was because they would have to insure the parts when sold on and that the PC was like a car - once bought it looses its value straight away.  Well considering I must have spent a fair few thousand pounds over the last few years in this store and that the PC was only just over a year old and when I bought it I was not informed that the cost of the item would be virtually nothing as soon as I took it out of the shop's door.  To tell a customer that these things loose their value - fair enough I wasn't expecting full price or even half price but to make a loss of over 90% is ridiculous - I will not be buying anything else in this store - they are just rip off merchants!!!

Tried to buy a few computer parts from this so called 'Computer Repair Shop' only to be told they didn't know what it was, as the previous review suggests, these guys are a complete joke with no knowledge of computers and where their prices are extortionate. A bunch of crooks trying to fob off customers with laughable price tags and the worst customer service ever. I couldn't get out fast enough! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Used ghi computers for years to service my PC. I bought it in 2004. Still working. Excellent service. .
