Best place in the city for for drums and percussion. I tend to use their Washington shop for bigger orders but it's handy having one so close for picking up bits you need straight away.

I ordered a cymbal online and was told it was not in stock, but would be ordered in. I was then told after about a month of emailing them with no reply, that the cymbal had been listed online at the wrong price. I was told I could pay the difference or have a refund, I opted for the refund. It's nearly four months after my order was placed I still don't have my refund and my emails are being ignored.

Called three times regarding ordering a replacement part. All three staff said that they would call me back within 24 hours. None did, still waiting for an update 4 months later. May be good to shop inside, but useless when it comes to customer service over the phone.
