We had a family lunch there and the food was good quality and value. The staff were very pleasant and more than helpful. The only negative was the parking lot was muddy and had limited space with no disabled spaces.

Lovely hotel in a quiet spot on the moors. However the prices of the rooms are somewhat expensive. We were charged £160 for a room of 4 which included a double bed and a pull out settee, when pulled out hindered access to the bathroom as the room was not really big enough for 4. Another member of the family was charged the same price for a large junior suite where they had a huge room with more than enough room to access their larger bathroom area. Charging an extra £20 on a room to pull out a bed that makes it a danger to fire evacuation is ridiculous. It is a shame as the food and service were lovely

Comfortable seating, and very efficient service. Food very nice, toasted sandwich as it says, not done in a machine. I look forward to going again.

Just spent a weekend at this wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, great food, service, and very welcoming. A wonderful coffee shop, bar and relaxing lounges, a real winter treat. Thanks to all staff for being so attentive, see you next year!
