The Hardisty brothers Andrew, Ian and Peter are returning the Aldwark Arms to it’s rightful place at the heart of the Aldwark Village. They have bought the Aldwark Arms and following a period of intense re-furbishment, the pub will re-open from December 10th 2013 including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and into 2014. Welcoming, cosy and inviting, the Aldwark Arms will now offer a great range of real ales, a tempting menu created by David Sandford which includes high quality lunch and dinner menus prepared from locally sourced meat, fish and fresh produce on a daily basis complemented with a wide selection of excellent wines, soft drinks and of course those wonderful real ales. So whether you are wanting to dine out at night to a la carte standards, a hearty bar meal after a round of golf, some fishing or a good old country ramble, or a Sunday roast with all the trimmings with the whole family, there will be something to whet your appetite. The emphasis is on comfort and friendly but excellent service
