Great staff, great value. Not trying to be flash or clever just a good honest friendly pub with great staff and landlord, and excellent value food. We will be going again!

My favourite Pub. The welcome is always friendly, though sometimes a little bizarre - this is a real pub like they used to be. It is cozy with really good food and the staff and locals are welcoming.

Great food - tasty and with good sized portions, good ales and very friendly staff. Always have a really good time when we visit !!!

Traditional pub with Roy a landlord with personality plus. Makes you very welcome and very helpful to walkers who call in. Good food with large portion sizes particularly the Sunday roasts. Free car parking.
