Never complained before.. But two plates of food both came out cold. And then my daughter found (beard or body) hair in her food.. No refund offered... A fresh plate was offered or A pudding but we had hardly eaten, and had been put off eating there.. 😢 Really disappointed and upset with this.. The least they could do is offer a refund... Bad... And from somewhere I always thought was a great place.

Flaming grill so same menu you get at all of them. Food service. OK atmosphere. Good for kids.

Haven't been for a while but wanted to see the new look. It was very busy as city was on the TV. Food came quite quickly and was really good. Great prices Will be returning to try something else.

When ordering I specifically requested our meals come out together, (family of 8 adults & 2 children ) but unfortunately my poor grandchildren had to wait 30 plus minutes after the 1st meals arrived. Not impressed, definitely will not be going back.
