As often with my reviews I was delivering here. What a welcome and so nice in the current situation to be treated so kindly and like a human being. If I could I would offer 10 stars and can only imagine this company is a pleasure to deal with.  Many thanks.

I made a delivery to a Wright’s earlier this week and couldn’t get how smart everyone looked. It was like a step back in time. They all wore a shirt and tie, from the forklift driver to the manager. All very helpful, another driver, helped me back an artic in off the road. The forklift driver gave me good directions to my next delivery. A superb bunch of gentlemen.

Very disappointed customer service. Have been there first time with bussines partner to buy some equipment for our new venue asked for a price for an item and when I said I found it expensive the guys just said "so leave it don't buy it"  and he suddenly left us when we wanted to check more equipment upstairs. Never recommend this place

Looked online for a smoke oven and found lots of different prices but not great delivery options....rang Wrights and they gave me a great deal and delivered same day ....they even stock the biscuettes that make the smoke....good old fashioned service with new warehouse and vans.....thanks from the Red Lion Lowton
