A great letting agent. Any issues (appliances not working, etc) are immediately dealt with and rectified. Have felt secure as tenants with this company. Would highly recommend.

Always a pleasant and helpful agency. Quickly rectified any issues we had with our flat (boiler breaking etc). Always polite and respectful towards tenants. Highly recommend.

Service was fine during our tenancy but when we moved out, we were treated like criminals by the agent who performed our check out inspection. Considering we had been good tenants and never caused any problems and had adhered to the tenancy agreement to the letter, we were shocked at the way we were treated. A disgusting end to a tenancy, I would NOT recommend this company.
